Show Notes

Dr. Claudia Ford,  Associate Professor of Environmental Studies and Interim Chief Diversity  Officer at SUNY Potsdam is a remarkable woman and human being that I have had the opportunity to meet and work with although mostly virtually during this time of the Covid-19 pandemic. Nonetheless, I find her a compelling and multi-disciplined, and talented person that I am really pleased to have the opportunity to create a podcast session with that included my co-host and fellow earth spirit, soil scientist Dr. Akilah Martin.

Together we had a far-reaching conversation about ethnobotany, herbs, and herbalism, global women's health, Black women's health, midwifery, and birth doulas. The conversation was way too short and we are going to do a second part in the near future, so stay tuned for that as well.

Join us for a lively conversation and podcast!
